Principles:
Clients and potential clients will be treated with respect at all times.
I conduct my work in a credible, safe and trustworthy manner to an excellent standard.
I stay up to date with research and policy.
Administration will be managed efficiently and promptly; this includes phone calls, email responses and invoicing.
Policies:
Phone and email response policy: Calls and emails will be responded to between 9 am and 9 pm Monday to Friday.
Complaint policy: I value and respect your feedback and will respond to complaints through discussing your concerns and coming to a mutually agreeable arrangement.
Workshop or professional development bookings require a non-refundable 25% deposit on booking.
Cancellation policy: For workshops or professional development cancelled within five working days of the event a 40% fee is required. Cancellations made earlier than five working days will not generate a fee other than the non-refundable deposit.
